Is there an easy way to share a link to my luminary?

add remove

Yes! There are two ways to share your short URL, provided to you when you created your luminary.

  • Option 1: Click “log-in” at the top of the website to access your luminary.
  • Option 2: Click one of the social links icons on your page. This will post a link directly to your luminary page.

What is The Longest Day?

add remove

The Longest Day is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. The Longest Day participants fight the darkness of Alzheimer's and all other dementia through a fundraising activity of their choice on a day that works for them. With sports tournaments, card games, parties, baking and more, participants raise funds to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

How long will the luminaries be available?

add remove

The luminaries on this website will be available through the end of 2023, closing roughly around 12/31. The Longest Day Winter Solstice Challenge only runs through 12/21, but we will keep the luminaries "lit" and available through the end of the year for any last minute fundraising.

Why can't I log in?

add remove

Note that the login for your luminary page is different from the login on The Longest Day website. This is because they are two separate websites. If you have forgotten your login, please use the Forgot password? feature to receive a password reset email.
